New Cardiologist Joins the Medical Staff at Northeast Regional Medical Center

Northeast Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce that Cardiologist, Larry Handlin, D.O., has joined the hospital medical staff and the practice of Northeast Regional Heart Center. He will be accepting new patients and will be providing a wide range of diagnostic services and treatments for General Cardiology, Heart Attack, Congestive Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation, Pacemaker/ICD Placement and Coronary Stent Placement.
Dr. Handlin graduated from University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri. He then completed his Cardiology Fellowship at Truman Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri. After completing his Cardiology Fellowship, Dr. Handlin then pursued a Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology, as well as additional education on Nuclear Cardiology, at Mid-American Heart Institute in Kansas City, Missouri.
